1. The Resurrection
Fruit of the mystery: Faith
He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come, and see the place where the Lord was laid.
Five mysteries, their fruits and scripture, and about 21 minutes of guided prayer in two voices.
The short answer
The Glorious Mysteries are prayed on Wednesday and Sunday. In order, they are 1) The Resurrection, 2) The Ascension, 3) The Descent of the Holy Spirit, 4) The Assumption and 5) The Coronation of Mary. Each decade pairs one mystery with an Our Father, ten Hail Marys, a Glory Be and the Fatima Prayer.

Fruit of the mystery: Faith
He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come, and see the place where the Lord was laid.
Fruit of the mystery: Hope
And when he had said these things, while they looked on, he was raised up: and a cloud received him out of their sight.
Fruit of the mystery: Love of God
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they began to speak with divers tongues, according as the Holy Ghost gave them to speak.
Fruit of the mystery: Grace of a happy death
Behold my beloved speaketh to me: Arise, make haste, my love, my dove, my beautiful one, and come.
Fruit of the mystery: Trust in Mary's intercession
And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.
The Glorious Mysteries are prayed on Wednesday and Sunday in the usual weekly schedule. They begin with the Resurrection, and Sunday is the day of the Resurrection, so the week's first and middle days rest on that joy.
In order: The Resurrection, The Ascension, The Descent of the Holy Spirit, The Assumption and The Coronation of Mary. Each one is the meditation for a decade of the Rosary, and each has a traditional fruit to ask for while you pray it.
The fruit of the Resurrection is faith. The scripture read for it is Matthew 28:6: "He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come, and see the place where the Lord was laid."
About 21 minutes for a full Rosary of the Glorious Mysteries at the guided Rosary's standard pace, counting the opening prayers, five decades and closing prayers, each recorded in two voices. The slow pace takes about 24 minutes.
From the Douay-Rheims Bible (Challoner): The Resurrection, Matthew 28:6; The Ascension, Acts 1:9; The Descent of the Holy Spirit, Acts 2:4; The Assumption, Canticle of Canticles 2:10; The Coronation of Mary, Apocalypse 12:1. The guided Rosary reads each line aloud when that mystery is announced.
Yes. The weekly schedule is a custom that helps you pray through all twenty mysteries, not a rule. In the guided Rosary, choose another set for the session, or use the button on this page to open the Glorious Mysteries directly.
