The 90 days
The full reading plan: ninety passages from Exodus in six stages, from the first dark night to sunrise.
The short answer
The 90-day reading plan goes straight through the Book of Exodus, about half a chapter a day: Day 1 is Exodus 1:1–14 on Monday, January 11, 2027, and Day 90 is Exodus 40:1–38 on Saturday, April 10, 2027. Every passage and date is listed below, grouped into six stages.
One passage from the Book of Exodus each day, read straight through from the slavery in Egypt to the glory filling the tabernacle.
Each day's video opens with the stage's prayer, reads the passage aloud from the Douay-Rheims Bible, and closes with a short reflection and practical encouragement. Day 1 is open to everyone. From Day 2 on, the video, audio and transcript are for registered men and unlock day by day on the site, so a whole fraternity walks the same stretch of road together. Leaders get each day's material a week early.

Into the nightDays 1 to 14
The first two weeks are the hardest. Old habits push back, and the desert feels very dark. Show up, pray, and take the next step.
Opening prayer: Come, Holy Spirit
The long walkDays 15 to 30
The early fire fades and the routine sets in. This is where men quietly drop out. Lean on your brothers and keep walking.
Opening prayer: Prayer to your guardian angel
The fightDays 31 to 45
Temptation gets specific. You learn what you actually reach for when things get hard, and you learn to reach for God instead.
Opening prayer: Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
First lightDays 46 to 60
Past halfway. The habits that felt impossible start to feel like yours. Ask Our Lady to carry you through the middle.
Opening prayer: The Memorare
The mountain in viewDays 61 to 75
The end is close enough to see. Keep your eyes on Christ, not the finish line, and let the work go deeper.
Opening prayer: Anima Christi
SunriseDays 76 to 90
Finish with thanksgiving, and decide which disciplines you'll carry home when the ninety days are done.
Opening prayer: Te Deum
