Help with the app and the website.
Short version: Desert Road is free, and there is no account to sign in to. If something isn't working, start here.
Daily reminder not arriving
- In the app, open Settings and make sure Daily reminder is on and the time is what you want.
- On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap Notifications, then Desert Road, and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
- A Focus mode or Do Not Disturb can silence notifications. Check yours.
- If you travel to a new time zone, open the app once so the reminder moves to your new local time.
The video won't play
- The daily video streams from the internet, so it needs a connection. Everything else in the app, including the Rosary and the leader notes, works offline.
- If you see "The video needs a connection," check your Wi-Fi or mobile data and tap Try again.
No sound
- The Rosary and the video play even when the silent switch is on. Check your volume and any headphones or Bluetooth speaker connected.
Is there an account or a sign-in?
- No. The app has no accounts.
